Awareness/Mindfulness
Awareness/
Mindfulness
Awareness is seeing reality with open eyes, unimpeded by judgments and unrestrained by fears. It goes without saying that seeing this way is the most arduous thing we can do because there are too many obstacles to seeing and too many habits that help us avoid seeing. It is beneficial to practise mindfulness so that we can experience Awareness; just as we have to look in order to see.
Dr. Francis started the practice at a young age and later started teaching Awareness / Mindfulness internationally.
Instead of limiting himself to teaching Mindfulness Meditations, or limiting its use to stress reduction and relaxation, his focus has always been to bring it into our bodies, our work, communications, relationships, in short every aspect of our life.
Realising how the of integration of Awareness/Mindfulness with the tools of psychology has amazing transformative power, he builds it seamlessly into his psychotherapy sessions and one-to-one coaching sessions. Having witnessed the changes people experience he has brought it into his workshops, seminars and retreats as well as his work with companies.

I feel good because the world is right. Wrong! The world is right because I feel good. You cannot see outside of you what you fail to see inside.
